We used the services of Dunbar for our exhaust and flu cleaning, right from the initial phone call they displayed nothing but professionalism.
- We were forwarded a quote with a breakdown of all works to be undertaken.
- We received Job Hazard Analysis before they arrived ( we require these as we work on a BHP controlled site.
- We received MSDS sheets for all chemicals that would be used whilst they were on site.
- They sent all there equipment through to site well in advance of them actually arriving , so there was no down time waiting for equipment.
- It took a few months to get this organised with our client , and scaffolding, Dunbar were extremely patient and very willing to fit in with our movements.
- When the boys arrived they were well prepared and well-presented and ready to start work.
- They did the job in a timely very professional manner , not disturbing the staff that were required to work in that area.
- They did the job in accordance with all BHP and ESS Site Safety Rules.
All in all it was a very easy process to get this job done, the Regional Manager dealt with us from the word go and was constantly in contact to see when we were ready for them to come up to site and get the job done.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when our exhausts and flu’s need to be cleaned.
