Regional HVAC Housing Portfolio
Dunbar Services have successfully completed two major HVAC mould remediation and prevention projects in the Pilbara. A specialised FIFO team was stationed in the area for the year to service the contract which involved the programmed maintenance cleaning of camp A/C split systems, performing HVAC hygiene cleans, replacing insulation in the AHU’s, encapsulation of degraded internal duct linings with an antimicrobial bonding agent and the cleaning and remediation of all associated ducting with the allocated housing portfolio.
